About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding vocal presence, native-level Italian fluency, and access to quality recording equipment.

Note: This role does not involve voice cloning of any kind.
What You'll Do
Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and creative prompts
Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, emotional authenticity, and overall quality
Provide structured, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
Review and suggest refinements to scripts to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
Owner of a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
Naturally attuned to nuances of tone, pacing, pronunciation, and emotional register
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience across multiple voice styles — commercial, narrative, character, or documentary
Familiarity with regional Italian dialects or accent variations
Background in audio production, broadcasting, or performing arts
Prior work evaluating or reviewing recorded speech or audio content
