This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
Deliver detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs
Review and suggest refinements to scripts to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
Native or near-native fluency in Italian with confident, expressive delivery
Owner of a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
Capable of producing engaging, articulate, and emotionally nuanced vocal performances
Naturally detail-oriented when evaluating tone, clarity, pronunciation, and pacing
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience across multiple Italian accents or regional speech patterns
Background in audiobooks, commercial voice-over, dubbing, or broadcast narration
Familiarity with audio editing tools or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
Experience evaluating speech quality or working in post-production
