Architect

Role Description The Architect role is a part-time remote position responsible for designing and overseeing architectural solutions that support immigration-related services and digital platforms. On a day-to-day basis, the Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, translate business requirements into scalable designs, and ensure seamless integration between various tools and applications. The role includes reviewing technical documentation, optimizing existing systems, and recommending improvements to support client workflows, data security, and regulatory compliance. The Architect will participate in project planning, provide technical guidance to development teams, and ensure that solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills for creating scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills to support implementation, system connectivity, and platform optimization.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver architecture initiatives on schedule and within scope.
Candidates should have experience with cloud-based systems, APIs, and data security best practices.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
A degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Experience in immigration, government, or professional services domains is an asset.
