Role Description The Senior Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring projects are executed according to design, quality, and safety standards. This role includes supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants, and monitoring timelines to support on-schedule project delivery. The Senior Site Engineer reviews structural and civil drawings, validates material quality, and conducts regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate site documentation, reporting progress to project management, resolving technical issues, and implementing best practices in health, safety, and environmental management. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to align on project milestones and deliver high-quality, sustainable developments.
