PhD R&D Consultant

1.Salary Range
€3,000 – €8,000 per month (flexible part-time project role, salary determined by individual research expertise and professional competency)

This fully remote, project-based role empowers STEM PhDs to leverage their academic strengths for industrial technological innovation. Talents can flexibly arrange work schedules to balance personal research and project tasks, achieving both academic improvement and lucrative returns by participating in high-value frontier R&D projects.
3.Cooperation Model
The initial cooperation period is 6 months, renewable based on project performance and mutual agreement. Excellent participants will be enrolled in our core talent pool, with priority access to continuous high-end R&D projects and long-term stable cooperation opportunities.
4.Core Responsibilities
Lead and execute cutting-edge R&D projects in your specialized field, deliver professional technical solutions, resolve core technical bottlenecks and ensure on-time project delivery. Covered research areas include:
Biomedical Science, Physics, AI & Computer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, Imaging Technology, New Energy Batteries, Autonomous Driving, Industrial Software, Drones, Industrial Automation, Rail Transit, Geographic Information Surveying and Mechanical Manufacturing.
1. Provide professional technical assessment, experimental design and technical problem-solving to ensure smooth project progress and high-quality research outcomes;
2. Collaborate remotely with cross-functional R&D teams to bridge academic research and industrial scenarios, boosting research achievement commercialization;
3. Drive technological innovation and iteration, supporting patent development and technology transformation.
5.Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Hold a formal STEM doctoral degree with expertise matching our covered research fields;
2. A minimum of 3 years of post-PhD experience in industrial R&D, academic research or professional research institutions with solid theoretical and practical capabilities;
3. Able to work independently in remote settings, manage project schedules and deliver R&D targets efficiently;
4. Expert in at least one core tech field; experience in R&D project leadership or technological innovation is highly preferred.
