Role Description The Reels Editor Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. In this role, the team member will conceptualize, design, and edit short-form video content and Reels for social media platforms, ensuring visually engaging and brand-consistent outputs. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating motion graphics, designing visuals and layouts, preparing marketing collateral, and aligning creative work with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and branding teams, optimizing content for different platforms and formats, and maintaining a structured workflow for asset management and revisions. The candidate will be expected to meet deadlines, incorporate feedback effectively, and contribute creative ideas that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Corporate Identity, with the ability to translate brand guidelines into consistent visual and motion assets.
Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, typography, color theory, and social media-focused visual design.
Experience in Motion Graphics and Reels editing, using industry-standard tools to create dynamic short-form video content.
Ability to design marketing materials such as Brochures and other promotional collateral in line with brand messaging.
Hands-on experience with design and video software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
Portfolio demonstrating Reels, motion graphics, and graphic design work for digital and social media platforms.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
