Interior Designer

Role Description This part-time remote Interior Designer role at PS Consultora de Recursos Humanos focuses on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for a variety of clients. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards and presentations, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine project requirements and design direction. Daily tasks include space planning, selecting finishes and furnishings, coordinating FF&E specifications, and producing or reviewing construction drawings and documentation. The role also involves working with external partners such as architects and contractors, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring designs align with client budgets and quality standards. The Interior Designer is expected to participate in virtual client meetings, provide regular progress updates, and adapt designs based on feedback and project constraints.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in Interior Design and FF&E selection, including finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and user experience within residential or commercial interiors.
Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and integration of interior concepts with overall building design.
Experience producing or interpreting Construction Drawings to communicate design intent to project teams and contractors.
Competence with design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation software.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple remote projects in a part-time schedule.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams in a virtual environment.
Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
