Role Description The Health Sales Consultant Telehealth is a full-time remote role responsible for engaging prospective leads and existing clients through Telehealth.
Hours 10am-6pm Mon - Fri
Competitive performance commission structure.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting tele-health consultations to understand client needs, presenting appropriate service options, and advising clients on suitable wellness programs or packages.
The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to digital inquiries, and maintaining accurate records within the clinic’s systems. The consultant will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding, follow-up, and continuity of care, while working toward measurable sales and client satisfaction goals. This position requires proactive communication, strong service orientation, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Who you are
Are you a naturally warm, empathetic, engaging, bubbly person with excellent interpersonal skills connecting with people?
Do you have strong Sales skills, assessing peoples needs, solution-based selling, and a proven converting closing history average percentage?
Comfort with remote work technologies, CRM or client management systems, and virtual communication platforms?
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups effectively?
Previous experience in tele-health, healthcare, wellness (ideal - but not essential) ?
