该职位来源于猎聘 1、 针对美国市场，通过Facebook、Instagram、TikTok、YouTube、时尚博客等渠道，主动寻找并筛选符合品牌调性的潜力时尚/穿搭类KOL，建立资源库并维护基础合作关系； 3、参与KOL内容共创过程，协助优化内容脚本，确保内容符合本地化喜好与品牌形象； 3、 负责追踪KOL所带来的流量、转化等信息，定期对推广效果进行评估，对数据进行分析、汇报，提交推广效果的分析报表，并及时提出可行的营销推广增效方案； 4、 负责公司官方Instagram、YouTube、Facebook的日常运营工作，及时更新并发布公司产品信息。 任职要求： 1、 本科及以上学历，英语六级（CET-6）或具备同等沟通能力，能流畅进行书面及口头商务沟通； 2、深度使用并了解海外主流社媒平台（Instagram, TikTok, YouTube），对时尚内容有良好感知； 3、具备出色的沟通协调能力、主动性和跨文化交际敏感性； 4、逻辑清晰，具备基础的数据整理和分析能力，熟练使用Excel。
