Role Description
This is a remote, 6-month contract Full Stack Developer role. The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Daily responsibilities include developing user interfaces, implementing server-side logic, integrating databases and APIs, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance application security. The developer will contribute to deployment processes and support ongoing improvements to the development workflow.
Qualifications
Proven experience architecting and owning full-stack systems end-to-end — not just implementing features, but making real design decisions across the stack
Strong command of React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript for building performant, maintainable front-end systems
Deep back-end experience with Python (Flask or comparable frameworks), including API design, database architecture, and system integration
Strong grasp of version control workflows (Git) and CI/CD practices in a production environment
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience shipping real products
Excellent problem-solving instincts, clear technical communication, and comfort operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or DevOps practices is a strong plus
