Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Full Stack Software Engineer Intern to join our early-stage development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development while working remotely. If you are hungry to learn, build quickly, and prove your skills, this 3-month project serves as a direct pathway to a full-time engineering role with Gattai.
Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate directly with the Co-founder and technical leads to design, code, test, and debug both frontend interfaces and backend infrastructure.
•Assist in building out core features for our AI-driven HR platforms.
•Participate in technical architecture discussions, peer code reviews, and product strategy.
•Explore and implement innovative AI/tech solutions under guidance.
•Stay agile and adapt quickly to modern software development trends and technologies.
Required Skills:
•Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp/self-taught experience).
•Solid fundamental understanding of Full Stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, or similar).
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills—you know how to figure things out when you get stuck.
•Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while staying highly communicative.
• Good time-management skills and the discipline to meet project milestones.
Nice to Have (Optional but a big plus):
•Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative version control.
•Exposure to modern frameworks like React, Next.js, or Node.js.
•Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and building/consuming REST APIs.
•Interest or basic knowledge in AI integrations, LLMs, or Agentic workflows.
