Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Car Driver role based at Rajiv Hospital in Jaipur. The Car Driver will be responsible for safely transporting patients, staff, and hospital materials between the hospital and designated locations. Daily tasks include operating hospital vehicles, following assigned routes and schedules, and maintaining a clean and well-functioning vehicle. The role also involves adhering to traffic rules and hospital safety protocols, assisting passengers in entering and exiting vehicles as needed, and reporting any vehicle issues promptly. The Car Driver will coordinate with hospital administration, respond to urgent transport requests, and maintain accurate trip logs.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and hospital staff.
Customer Service and Service Quality skills to provide courteous assistance and ensure a comfortable experience for passengers.
Automotive-related skills, including safe driving practices, basic vehicle maintenance awareness, and familiarity with local routes in Jaipur.
Ability to participate in Training programs focused on hospital procedures, safety guidelines, and emergency response protocols.
Valid driving license with a clean driving record and experience driving cars in urban environments.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to safety and detail.
Physical ability to assist passengers with mobility needs and handle light loading/unloading tasks.
