About The Firm:
Our clients are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney with a strong background in insurance coverage and bad faith defense litigation to join a fully remote legal team serving clients throughout California.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle insurance coverage and bad faith defense matters from inception through resolution.
Draft, review, and argue substantive motions, including:
Demurrers
Discovery motions and other dispositive motions
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar (required).
3+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation and bad faith defense.
Demonstrated experience drafting demurrers, dispositive motions, and other substantive pleadings.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $160k-$350k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
