WE ARE HIRING | DESIGN & PROPOSAL ENGINEER – WATER & WASTEWATER
Location: New Delhi (South Delhi)
Experience: 5–10 Years
We are looking for a hands-on Design & Proposal Engineer with experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment projects.
The candidate should be capable of handling the complete cycle of a small to mid-size project — understanding the requirement, designing the system, preparing BOQ and costing, obtaining vendor quotations, preparing the technical proposal and handling tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Study client requirements, RFQs and tender documents
* Prepare process designs and equipment sizing for STP, ETP, WTP, RO and related systems
* Prepare process calculations, equipment specifications, BOQ and technical datasheets
* Prepare project costing and estimation
* Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations
* Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals
* Study tender requirements and prepare tender submissions
* Coordinate with clients, vendors and project teams for technical clarifications
* Prepare drawings/schematics and coordinate with the design team wherever required
Candidate Profile
* 5–10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater treatment
* Practical knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, RO, MBBR, SBR, MBR and associated equipment
* Good understanding of pumps, blowers, filters, piping, instrumentation and treatment processes
* Strong costing and estimation skills
* Ability to independently prepare a proposal from concept → design → BOQ → costing → final submission
* Good knowledge of tendering and commercial documentation
* Should be hands-on, technically sound and willing to take ownership of assignments
