Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality backend services using Java and Springboot
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate features and ensure seamless user experience
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall architecture of the system
Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure efficient deployment and scaling of services
Develop and maintain complex data models, ensuring scalability and performance
Analyze and resolve issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise
Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks and ensure code quality
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for improvement
Lead by example, mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge with the broader team
Requirements
6–8 years of Core Java backend development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Core Java.
Strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot.
Must have implemented Microservices in production (not just conceptual knowledge or maintenance).
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
Experience working with any SQL database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
Hands-on experience with AWS services.
Experience building scalable backend applications and writing clean, maintainable code.
Nice to Have
Mastery of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization techniques
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data science principles
Familiarity with modern frontend technologies, such as React or Angular
Certifications in Java or Springboot development
