What You'll Do
Record high-quality Italian voice performances using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and creative prompts
Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall quality
Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
Review and suggest script adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
Owner of a professional-grade microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances across a range of styles and tones
Sharp ear for nuance — you notice subtle differences in rhythm, intonation, and pronunciation
Detail-oriented when evaluating voice quality and providing structured feedback
Nice to Have
Experience across multiple Italian regional accents or vocal styles
Background in audiobook narration, commercial voice-over, or broadcast media
Familiarity with audio production tools or DAW software
Prior experience evaluating or rating audio content professionally
