Role Description The Sales Coordinator role at Tech Auto is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. In this role, the individual will support the sales team by managing order processing, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating communication between internal departments and external customers. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and existing accounts. The Sales Coordinator will assist with sales reporting, updating CRM or relevant sales tools, and aligning sales operations with production and logistics teams. This role also involves collaborating with management to support forecasting, sales planning, and continuous process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, build relationships, and support account management.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and spoken communication, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
