About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AIOps Engineer to drive platform modernization through AI-powered automation and AWS technologies. You will develop intelligent AI agents, automate operational workflows, and enhance IT Operations, Call Center, and Service Desk efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation using AWS and AI development tools.
Transform manual operational processes into intelligent, automated workflows.
Collaborate with IT Operations, Call Center, and Service Desk teams to identify automation opportunities.
Develop and optimize AI agents to improve operational efficiency.
Apply production support, incident management, and monitoring expertise to deliver reliable automation solutions.
Document automation processes and ensure alignment with AWS best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong hands-on AWS experience and proficiency in core AWS services.
Hands-on AI development experience using Claude Code, Amazon Bedrock, ChatGPT, or similar tools to build workflow automations.
Solid experience in IT/Cloud Operations, production support, incident response, and operational monitoring.
Strong scripting and automation experience.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, or equivalent.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Amazon Connect or other contact center and telephony platforms.
AWS certifications, such as Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator.
