Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team in Brazil. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and other recruiting channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and communication.
Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
Work closely with account managers and recruiting teams to understand hiring requirements.
Meet recruitment targets and turnaround times.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Technical/IT Recruiting.
Experience recruiting for Software, Cloud, Data, DevOps, SAP, Infrastructure, or similar IT roles.
Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruiting tools.
Good communication and candidate management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
English communication skills required.
Portuguese language skills preferred.
Preferred
Experience supporting US or international IT staffing.
Experience with contract and full-time technical recruitment.
Experience working with remote candidates across Brazil.
