Role Description The Beautician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Beautician will perform a range of beauty services, including basic skin care, hair care, and grooming treatments, in accordance with company standards and hygiene protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable treatments and products, and ensuring a clean and organized work area. The role also involves maintaining service records, following safety and sanitation guidelines, and collaborating with team members to provide a welcoming and professional customer experience. The Beautician is expected to continuously update skills and stay informed about current beauty trends and techniques.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in providing beauty and grooming services, including skin care and hair care treatments.
Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in a salon or beauty service environment.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and provide personalized recommendations.
Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow structured procedures and protocols.
Relevant certification or training in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South on a full-time schedule and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
