Bilingual Creative Account Manager / Project Coordinator (Arabic + English)

About the Role
You'll be the main point of contact between a global technology client's MENA team and their US global team. You'll manage a dedicated designer's workload, keep delivery within scope, and flag new requests to the global team so support can scale where needed.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with the regional and US client teams
Run request intake, prioritisation, and scheduling in the client's Asana
Keep the designer's work within agreed scope and track hours against capacity
Flag out-of-scope requests and growth opportunities to the global team
Manage timelines and expectations, and send regular status updates
Requirements
4+ years in account or project management, agency or in-house
Native or fluent Arabic, strong English
Hands-on Asana experience (must)
Confident with enterprise clients and approval processes
Available during UAE working hours
Willing to complete a client background check
