Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Business Development Manager to drive our international business growth and expand our global presence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing export markets, appointing international distributors, generating overseas business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with global buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute export business strategies to expand international sales.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, importers, wholesalers, and channel partners across different countries.
Generate new international business opportunities through LinkedIn, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, B2B portals, digital campaigns, trade directories, and other lead generation platforms.
Build strong relationships with supermarkets, retail chains, beauty stores, pharmacies, wholesalers, and modern trade partners in international markets.
Research new markets, identify potential customers, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and distribution agreements with overseas clients.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of international buyers and business partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, logistics, export documentation, and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
Achieve export sales targets and contribute to the company's global business expansion.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Export Marketing.
Proven experience in developing international markets and appointing distributors.
Strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade, and global business practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from the Cosmetics, Personal Care, Beauty, Skincare, Haircare, Herbal, Ayurvedic, or FMCG industry will be given preference.
Candidates with an existing network of international distributors, importers, buyers, supermarket chains, or retail partners will have an added advantage.
