Customer Service Executive

Ability to coordinate and work closely with the sales team.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal sales teams.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Support day-to-day customer service operations.
Our Preference:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required (Fresher can apply).
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Maintain regular follow-ups with the sales team for updates.
Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the system.
Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage
