Solutions Engineer (AMRs)

Role Summary
The Solutions Engineer (AMRs) is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end proposal process for AMR solutions by collaborating with both external and internal stakeholders. The role consolidates technical inputs from various expert teams, ensures feasibility, and delivers accurate, timely, customer-ready proposals. It requires broad exposure to robotics systems, solution design fundamentals, and proposal documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with internal experts and external stakeholders to gather all required technical inputs.
2. Interpret customer requirements and translate them into structured engineering requirements & proposal elements.
3. Prepare concise and accurate technical proposals, layouts, and supporting documents.
4. Validate feasibility of proposed solutions and resolve technical queries.
5. Standardize proposal templates, documentation formats, and reusable content.
6. Present technical aspects of proposed solutions during customer discussions when required.
7. Maintain organized records of proposal versions, configurations, and knowledge assets.
8. Manage proposal timelines and deliverables across multiple opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical presales, application engineering, or automation/robotics.
- Broad understanding of robotics/AMR systems, integration concepts, and industrial workflows.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret layouts, diagrams, and technical specifications.
