We are looking for a confident and engaging YouTube Anchor / MBA Content Creator to create high-quality video content for MBA aspirants.
The role will primarily involve researching, scripting, and shooting MBA-focused videos covering entrance exams, colleges, admissions, placements, and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Host and shoot engaging YouTube videos focused on MBA and management education.
* Create content around CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, CMAT and other MBA entrance exams.
* Cover topics such as:
* MBA entrance exam updates and strategies
* IIMs and other top B-schools
* College reviews, rankings and comparisons
* MBA admissions, eligibility and selection criteria
* Placements, packages, ROI and career opportunities
* Exam notifications, results, cut-offs and admission updates
* Research trending and relevant topics for MBA aspirants.
* Develop video ideas, hooks and scripts that are informative and engaging.
* Present complex MBA-related information in a simple, clear and relatable manner.
* Collaborate with the content, design and video teams to produce engaging YouTube content.
* Analyse video performance and audience trends to improve future content.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong understanding of MBA entrance exams and the MBA ecosystem.
* Good knowledge of CAT, XAT and other major MBA entrance exams.
* Confident and comfortable facing the camera and hosting videos.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to research, write and structure video content.
* Understanding of YouTube content, trends, thumbnails, titles and audience retention.
* Prior experience in YouTube, content creation, education or media is preferred.
* An MBA background or experience preparing for MBA entrance exams will be an added advantage.
Preferred Profile
* MBA graduate / MBA aspirant / CAT-XAT test taker with strong knowledge of the MBA space.
* YouTube host, education creator or content creator with on-camera experience.
* Someone who actively follows IIMs, B-schools, MBA admissions and entrance exam updates.
