IT Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
Minimum 15 years experience in relevant field of IT.
Hardware & Infrastructure Management:
a. Server Management: Management, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of physical/virtual
servers.
b. AWS Management: Management and monitoring of AWS infrastructure, cloud services, access
controls, security and backups.
c. Network Management: End-to-end management of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers and
network connectivity.
d. Email Management: Administration of official email systems, user accounts, security, backup and
troubleshooting.
e. Firewall: Implementation of antivirus/endpoint security, access controls, data protection and cyber
security practices.
Software & Application Management:
a. ERP Management & Coordination: Overall coordination and administration of the organization's
ERP system.
b. AI Tools & Implementation: Identify Suitable AI Tool for various departments - Evaluate, implement
and monitor AI-based solutions to improve productivity and decision-making.
c. Automation: Identify repetitive/manual processes that can be automated to improve ease of
working, coordination and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Should manage the responsibility for IT infrastructure, systems, applications, networks and IT operations.
Must Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, standards and controls.
Must plan and manage IT infrastructure upgrades, replacements and expansion.
Should manage ERP operations and coordinate with internal users and external ERP partners.
Able to lead implementation of AI tools, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Should be able to prepare and manage IT budgets, infrastructure requirements and procurement.
Well versed to establish appropriate cyber security controls and ensure protection of company data.
