You’ll be part of building the playbook.
🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
You’ll work across content, social media, SEO, design, research, and growth.
* Manage and create content for 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻, 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀
* Help develop social media strategies, content calendars, campaigns, and distribution plans
* Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and basic SEO analysis
* Create and maintain website content, product listings, landing pages, and product descriptions
* Design social creatives, presentations, banners, and marketing assets using Canva or similar tools
* Write, edit, and repurpose blogs, articles, social posts, and other content
* Research competitors, AI trends, industries, audiences, and emerging growth opportunities
* Track marketing metrics and turn performance data into actionable insights
* Experiment with new AI-powered marketing tools and workflows
* Help us find creative ways to turn our work, expertise, and customer outcomes into compelling stories
🧠 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
𝟬–𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in marketing, digital marketing, content, growth, communications, or a related field.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:
* Writes well and knows how to communicate clearly
* Understands that good marketing is about attention + relevance + conversion
* Is genuinely curious about AI, technology, and how businesses work
* Has a strong sense of content, design, and internet culture
* Is comfortable experimenting, learning, and figuring things out
* Can use Canva or similar design tools
* Has basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
* Can turn an idea into something people actually want to read, watch, click, or share

You’ll stand out if you have:
* Experience managing a personal or professional social media account
* A portfolio of content, campaigns, designs, blogs, or social media work
* Experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics/Search Console, HubSpot, or similar platforms
* Basic understanding of 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
* Experience using AI tools for research, content creation, automation, or marketing
* A genuine interest in technology and startups
