Role Description The Event Manager (BTL Campaign – Vendor Sourcing) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This position is responsible for planning and executing below-the-line (BTL) campaigns within residential communities to drive awareness, engagement, and usage of NoBrokerHood’s services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying campaign objectives, designing event concepts and activation plans, and coordinating with internal marketing and sales teams to align messaging and budgeting. The Event Manager will source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and agencies for event production, branding materials, logistics, and on-ground execution, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. The role involves creating event calendars, obtaining necessary permissions, supervising on-site operations, tracking campaign performance metrics, and preparing post-event reports with recommendations for improvement. The Event Manager is also expected to maintain strong relationships with society management committees, partners, and vendors to support ongoing and future campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience in event management and BTL campaign execution, including planning, on-ground coordination, and post-event analysis.
Proficiency in vendor sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization for events and marketing activations.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and multi-event handling.
Knowledge of marketing and brand promotion principles, especially community-focused or residential society campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with society committees, residents, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to work on-site with flexibility for events scheduled on weekends or holidays, as needed.
4–9 years of relevant professional experience in event management, BTL marketing, or allied domains.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, business administration, or a related field
