Role Description The Brand Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for building, positioning, and growing client brands within the franchise and business brokerage ecosystem. The role involves developing brand strategies, conducting market planning, and identifying opportunity areas for brand expansion and franchise development. The Brand Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams and clients to design brand guidelines, marketing initiatives, and communication plans that support business growth and market visibility. Day-to-day tasks include managing brand portfolios, monitoring brand performance, coordinating sales and marketing activities, preparing presentations and reports, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The role also requires staying updated on industry trends to recommend brand-enhancing initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Brand Development and Brand Management skills to create, implement, and sustain effective brand strategies.
Candidates should possess Market Planning and Sales skills to identify growth opportunities, drive brand penetration, and support revenue objectives.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, deliver clear presentations, and craft persuasive brand messages.
Candidates should possess analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable brand initiatives.
Relevant experience in brand management, franchise development, or business consulting, preferably within retail or services sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools, with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple brand projects simultaneously.
