As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for US-based clients while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

🔹 Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Boolean Search & Job Portals
🔹 Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and client requirements
🔹 Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
🔹 Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
🔹 Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures
🔹 Collaborate with the internal team to achieve hiring targets

✅ 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs
✅ BE/B. Tech (All Streams), MCA, MBA, M. Sc (CS/IT)
✅ Strong English communication skills
✅ Basic IT knowledge
✅ Willingness to work in the US Night Shift
