Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original influencer marketing and digital content across various social media platforms.
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to support brand, campaign, and product objectives.
Identify and vet potential influencers & partners based on relevance, audience, performance history, and engagement.
Manage influencer & partner outreach, negotiations, contracts, and relationships.
Coordinate content timelines, deliverables, and approvals with influencers, partners, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external teams on projects to align campaign messaging, deliverables, and goals.
Monitor, track, and share campaign performance and data-driven insights to analyze ROI and optimize future efforts.
Maintain up-to-date influencer databases and reporting dashboards.
Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing, social platforms, and digital media.
Ideate, manage, and attend on-ground influencer marketing events, activations, and shoots as necessary.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of Influencer Marketing & Management experience
Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns
Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community engagement
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their influencer ecosystems
Must have familiarity with content creation and content strategy
Experience with influencer marketing platforms is a plus
Understanding of paid media and how influencer content can be leveraged in performance campaigns is a plus
