Level 4 Qualified Paraplanner Support UK financial planning for high-net-worth clients while working remotely from Cape Town, with clear progression pathways toward becoming a Financial Advisor. Cape Town, South Africa | Fully Remote Initially, with Access to Office Space | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time | R29,000 - R55,000+ per month, depending on experience and ability to justify a higher salary ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is a growing wealth management firm supporting clients within the UK financial services market. The business works with high-net-worth clients holding asset portfolios between £1 million and £10 million and uses modern technology, including Marlow AI and Microsoft Office applications, to support financial planning, report writing and technical research. THE ROLE: LEVEL 4 QUALIFIED PARAPLANNER The Level 4 Qualified Paraplanner will support the firm''s expanding UK operations, working directly with UK financial products and high-net-worth clients. The role involves producing comprehensive financial planning reports, managing client communications and collaborating remotely with team members through video meetings and direct messaging channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Produce comprehensive financial planning reports. Work directly with UK financial products and the UK financial services market. Support high-net-worth clients with asset portfolios between £1 million and £10 million. Handle client communications. Collaborate remotely with team members through video meetings and direct messaging channels. Use Marlow AI to support report writing and technical research. Use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as part of day-to-day responsibilities. ABOUT YOU Level 4 Qualification in Financial Planning - non-negotiable. In-depth knowledge of the UK financial services market and UK financial products - non-negotiable. Experience or strong comfort working with high-net-worth clients with £1 million-£10 million in assets. High technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to learn and utilise AI tools, including Marlow AI. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote teamwork and client interaction. WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK time. 1-hour lunch break. Flexible schedule options permitted. Permanent contract structure. Salary paid in Sterling equivalent. Annual discretionary performance bonuses. 21-25 days annual leave based on experience. Option to buy back up to 8 days of annual leave per year. Up to 5 days of annual leave can be carried over. UK bank holidays off instead of South African public holidays. Hardware provided. 3-month standard probation period, extendable by 3-4 months if required. Clear progression pathways toward becoming a Financial Advisor.
