Job Description – Procurement | Associate

Positions & Experience
Associate – Procurement: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Procurement of aircraft materials, parts, and aviation spares
Sourcing materials from approved vendors and suppliers
Vendor coordination for quotations, availability, pricing, and delivery
Managing purchase orders and procurement documentation
Coordination with Planning, Maintenance, Stores and internal teams
Handling AOG and urgent material procurement requirements
Following up on material deliveries and pending purchase orders
Vendor evaluation and supplier performance tracking
Maintaining procurement records and updating ERP systems
Supporting cost optimization and timely material procurement
Ensuring procurement activities comply with aviation/MRO requirements
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant experience in aviation, airline or MRO procurement
Experience with aircraft parts, spares, or aviation materials preferred
Hands-on experience with vendor/supplier management
ERP software experience preferred
AOG/urgent procurement experience preferred
Regular/full-time degree required
