Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead S&OP, demand forecasting and supply planning.
Manage RM, PM and FG inventory and ensure optimum stock levels.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Warehouse and Sales for smooth operations.
Plan production, dispatch and distribution as per customer demand.
Monitor OTIF, fill rate, inventory turns and service levels.
Optimize warehouse, logistics and transportation costs.
Drive ERP/MIS reporting and supply chain dashboards.
Ensure timely availability of materials and minimize stock-outs, excess inventory and wastage.
Support new product launches and operational readiness.
Ideal Profile: Should have 10–15 years of experience in Biscuit/Cake, with strong exposure to S&OP, planning, inventory, procurement coordination, warehousing and dispatch.
