About the Role
KG CRM Solutions LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst Intern who wants to start a career in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
The intern will get practical exposure to manual testing, test case creation, bug reporting, regression testing, and testing of real-time software projects.
Key Responsibilities
Understand project requirements and application workflows.
Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing.
Identify, document, and report software bugs.
Retest applications after bug fixes.
Maintain test cases, bug reports, and testing documentation.
Work closely with developers and team members to resolve issues.
Assist in maintaining QA reports and testing records.
Requirements
Done any projects in QA
Fresher with a basic understanding of Software Testing/QA.
Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Understanding of test cases and bug reporting.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Candidates with academic projects or training in Software Testing will be preferred.
Candidates must be willing to work from the Mohali office.
