Role Description The Compliance Officer at PRIME Pay is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for overseeing and maintaining adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards across all financial products and services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring regulatory changes, updating policies and procedures, conducting compliance reviews, and collaborating with product, operations, and finance teams to ensure controls are implemented effectively. The Compliance Officer will investigate potential compliance issues, prepare reports for leadership and regulators, and support internal training to promote a culture of ethical conduct and risk awareness. The individual will also assist in developing and improving compliance frameworks that align with evolving digital finance regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance relevant to digital finance and payments.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, assess risks, and evaluate data-driven insights.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with regulators, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance to understand financial products, transactions, and risk controls.
Relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or banking compliance is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, or a related field; professional certifications in compliance or risk management are an advantage.
Ability to work with detail-oriented precision, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and integrity.
