What you will do
This isn’t your typical HR internship. You will get hands-on experience across multiple facets of Human Resources — from talent acquisition to employee engagement and employer branding. You will workdirectly with senior HR professionals and business leaders to:
1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities (from sourcing to onboarding)
2. Contribute to HR strategy discussions and process improvements
3. Help organize internal team catch-ups and virtual engagement initiatives
4. Assist with performance tracking, data management, and policy creation
5. Be a part of real-world HR projects that shape the culture of a growing company

Skills Required
1. A student or recent graduate in HR / Business / Psychology / related field
2. Enthusiastic about learning and exploring the people side of business
3. Comfortable working remotely with accountability and creativity
4. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
5. High interest and knowledge in human resources
Eligibility
1. Freshers and interns are eligible to apply
2. Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
3. Prior experience of 3–6 months is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Schedule
1. Fully remote role
2.Monday to Friday working days, Saturday and Sunday are fixed weekly offs.
3.Work Hours from 10am–4pm hours.
4.Performance-based incentives after the initial 3-month training period
5. Additional per-onboarding incentives as per company policy
6. Internship certification provided upon successful completion of 6 months.
