Profile Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Experience using SEO tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Search Console is a plus.
2 plus years of SEO experience
Core responsibilities:
Assist with the onboarding process for new properties, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately.
Manage onboarding and offboarding of clients within the tools.
Execute defined audits and SEO tasks using established standards, maintain the procedural documentation for Coordinator-owned work, and surface recurring exceptions or improvement opportunities to SEO Strategists.
Onboarding clients to Google posts.
Provide monthly support for tasks such as SEO citation building, listing enhancements, and review schema updates.
Audit and implement updates such as sitemap submissions, mobile indexing, holiday hours, verifying correct maps pin location, adding rich data section information in Uberall, citations, and more.
Pull audit reports and provide data for deeper review by Level 2 and 3 teams.
Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes across both the multifamily and digital marketing industries
Actively contribute to department and team meetings. The SEO coordinator will come prepared and engaged with a solutions-oriented mindset to team brainstorms and collaboration sessions.
