Research Analyst

Role Description The Research Analyst role at Coders Den is a part-time, remote position focused on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic and operational decisions. On a day-to-day basis, the Research Analyst will conduct market and industry research, compile datasets from various sources, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis. The role includes preparing clear reports, summaries, and presentations that translate complex findings into actionable insights for internal teams. The Research Analyst will collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership stakeholders to define research questions, validate assumptions, and identify trends or opportunities. This position requires independent work, effective time management, and consistent communication in a distributed environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Research methods.
Candidates should possess Market Research experience and the ability to interpret Statistics.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences.
Candidates should possess competency with data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, statistical software, or BI tools) and basic data visualization skills.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
Relevant education in fields such as economics, data science, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
Experience in technology or software-related research environments is an advantage.
