Head of Performance Marketing (PPC/Paid media)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and grow the PPC team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Oversee and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms such as Meta and Progmatic
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
Drive improvements in ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale paid media’s contribution to overall revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UK & India) to align PPC with broader marketing and business goals.
Utilise advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to inform data-driven decisions and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
10-15 years of hands-on PPC management experience, ideally with UK or international e-commerce exposure.
Proven track record of driving growth, optimising campaigns, and leading high-performing teams.
Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred); Google Ads or similar certifications a plus.
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising, and PPC tools.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience working with global teams and adapting strategies for different markets.
