Role Description The Architect role at Shilpkriti Architects - India is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and producing detailed construction documentation. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, conducting site visits, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project phases. The Architect will participate in design reviews, manage timelines and deliverables, and help resolve technical and design issues during execution. The role involves working closely with the team to ensure projects meet aesthetic, functional, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
Experience with integration of building systems and coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Demonstrated Project Management abilities, such as scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), 3D visualization tools, and basic graphic design tools.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in India.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or progress toward it is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Noida, communicate clearly, and manage multiple projects or deadlines.
