Role Description The Data Analyst role at Badam Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Prayagraj. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to support client projects and internal decision-making. Daily tasks include performing data analysis, building reports and dashboards, and using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights. The role involves collaborating with consultants and stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical tasks, preparing clear visualizations and summaries, and presenting findings in an understandable way. The Data Analyst will also support data modeling efforts and contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics to design analyses, validate results, and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design and maintain data structures that support reporting, analysis, and scalability.
Candidates should ideally have proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Candidates should ideally have experience with a programming language commonly used in analytics (e.g., Python or R) and familiarity with database concepts.
Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team on-site.
A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
