Role Descriptions: Implement| configure| and support Vertex Tax solutions (Vertex O Series| Vertex Returns| Vertex Accelerator| etc.).Integrate Vertex with Oracle EBS R12| Oracle Cloud| Configure tax rules| tax content| rates| jurisdictions| exemptions| and tax determination logic.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.Troubleshoot tax calculation issues and support month-end and year-end processes.Collaborate with Finance| Tax| and IT teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations.Develop and maintain interfaces| customizations| and integrations.Perform system testing| UAT support| and production deployment activities.Prepare technical and functional documentation.Support tax updates| compliance changes| and system upgrades.
Essential Skills: Strong experience with Vertex O Series Tax Engine.Experience integrating Vertex with Oracle EBS R12| Oracle Fusion| SAP| or similar ERP platforms.Knowledge of Sales & Use Tax| VAT| GST| and indirect tax processes.Understanding of tax determination rules and tax content management.Experience with SQL| PL/SQL| APIs| Web Services| and integration technologies.
