Job Description: As a Management Consulting -Consultant– Data & AI, you will be instrumental in understanding and analysing client’s business problems, guiding clients through AI-driven transformations, shaping data strategies, and implementing machine learning solutions. Your role will include solving the client’s business problem by developing AI strategies, establishing governance frameworks, creating user experiences, designing innovative solutions, and creating roadmaps that drive tangible business value
[Education - B.Tech / MBA is mandatory]
You will also be responsible for driving business development initiatives for various markets and client accounts, while cultivating and strengthening relationships with senior Accenture and client stakeholders – to forge strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
You will be responsible for guiding a team of Analysts, and Associates, providing strategic guidance across various projects, while fostering their professional growth through mentorship and support
You will drive the development of assets such as whitepapers, thought leadership content, and industry insights, showcasing expertise in AI, data strategy, and emerging technologies – to drive sales origination and establish the organization as a market leader in AI/Gen AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on AI strategy, implementation, and optimization to drive business transformation and competitive advantage
Advise clients on data strategy, data governance frameworks, data architecture
Provide holistic solutions to complex client challenges, utilizing issue-based problem-solving methodologies
Support the practice leadership and global account teams in identifying and securing new business opportunities within High Tech accounts
Support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives and build relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into business processes, improving efficiency and decision-making
Analyse client businesses, market landscapes, and competitors, deriving insights and recommending strategic Gen AI applications
Should be able to shape up AI business cases
Lead the development of AI-based thought leadership materials, including whitepapers, industry reports, and case studies
Stay ahead of industry trends in AI/GenAI, bringing innovative solutions to clients and the practice
Help build and expand the High-Tech Practice by developing thought leadership assets, POVs, on emerging AI trends and industry innovations
Mentor and guide a team of consultants, analysts, and associates

Strong expertise in AI, Gen AI, Data Strategy, and AI Governance; consulting background is preferred.
Ability to support senior executives in driving business development opportunities from origination through deal closure, independently developing strong networks within the firm.
Proven experience in AI transformation initiatives and digital transformation strategy consulting
Background in the High-Tech industry with experience in AI/Gen AI applications
Ability to drive actionable outcomes and deliver business impact
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with experience in presenting to senior executives
Cross-cultural competence and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
