Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Neemrana. The Production Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Typical responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, monitoring line performance, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and optimizing resource utilization. The role involves leading and mentoring production staff, implementing process improvements, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and preparing regular reports on output, efficiency, and issues. The Production Manager also collaborates with procurement, logistics, and management to align production activities with overall business goals.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and workflow optimization in a plant environment.
Experience managing production teams, including staff supervision, shift management, and performance monitoring.
Understanding of quality control practices, safety regulations, and compliance requirements in industrial operations.
Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical process improvements.
Competence in using production management tools or ERP systems and basic MS Office skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; prior experience in plastics or PET manufacturing is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Neemrana and manage operations across multiple shifts if required.
