Key Responsibilities
Process insurance transactions with accuracy and quality.
Handle policy servicing, claims, and new business activities.
Maintain daily inventory and transaction management.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements.
Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and clients when required.
Documents need to carry: ID Proof (Original) & Photocopy, Updated CV, Passport Size Photograph, All Education Documents, All Experience Documents and Xerox copy of EPFO.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates with 1-7 years of experience in Insurance Operations can apply.
Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + Graduation).
Open University/Correspondence graduates are not eligible.
Not more than 2 years of gap in education or employment.
Salary from previous employers should have been credited through a bank account.
Relieving letters from all previous organizations are mandatory.
