Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Jaipur. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Daily tasks include building user interfaces, implementing server-side logic, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring responsive, accessible web experiences. The role involves troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, adhering to coding standards, and staying current with emerging web technologies. The Web Developer will also contribute to documentation and support continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications
Strong front-end development skills, including Front-End Development and Web Design, with experience in modern frameworks and responsive design.
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming, including building and maintaining server-side applications and APIs.
Solid Web Development skills, encompassing end-to-end application development, debugging, and deployment practices.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
Experience with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python) and relational or NoSQL databases.
Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with security best practices, performance optimization, and testing methodologies is a plus.
