Facility and Admin Manager

We are looking for an experienced Museum Manager to oversee the overall administration, operations and maintenance of the museum complex. The incumbent will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all operational matters and will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the museum.
Key Responsibilties:
Manage the overall day-to-day operations and administration of the museum complex.
Supervise and coordinate all staff deployed for museum operations and maintenance.
Prepare manpower schedules and monitor attendance, performance and discipline.
Ensure smooth functioning of visitor services, reception, ticketing, guides and ushers.
Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, security and safety activities.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, AMC partners and service providers.
Monitor the functioning and maintenance of AV systems, interactive exhibits and technology installations.
Handle visitor feedback, complaints and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure implementation of SOPs, safety procedures and operational standards.
Maintain daily operational records and prepare regular reports for management.
Coordinate VIP visits, events, school/institutional visits and special programmes.
Identify operational gaps and take corrective action to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
