Role Description The Team Lead role at EV91Technologies Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations for a delivery partner support or operations team, including planning tasks, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring performance. This role involves guiding team members, providing coaching and feedback, resolving operational issues, and ensuring service quality and timelines are met. The Team Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare regular reports, and implement process improvements that support gig partners and organizational goals. The role also includes communicating updates, aligning the team with company objectives, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant experience in team leadership or operations can be considered in place of formal education.
Comfort working on-site in Mumbai with flexibility to adapt to dynamic operational needs.
