Role Description The Data Analyst role at Sohan Sales is a full-time remote position focused on transforming business data into actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources, performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and building reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. The Data Analyst will collaborate with sales, operations, and management teams to support data-driven decision-making, forecast performance, and optimize project outcomes. The role also involves documenting methodologies, maintaining data quality standards, and presenting findings in clear, accessible formats.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and support business strategies.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics to perform quantitative analysis, testing, and data validation.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design, structure, and maintain efficient data models for reporting and forecasting.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present insights, create reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
Experience with databases and query languages (e.g., SQL) is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
